HMP Doncaster

HMP Doncaster, located at Marshgate, Doncaster, South Yorkshire, DN5 8UX, is a privately operated local prison managed by Serco. Established in 1994, it serves courts across South Yorkshire and accommodates a large population of remand and short-sentence prisoners. The facility was among the first prisons in the UK to be contracted out to the private sector.
